NEBO

Located close to the green floodplain of the river Ramenka and surrounding parklands, NEBO is positioned in one of the greenest and most desirable places to live in the capital. Building on this ecological setting, we have delivered a large podium ‘contemporary urban park’ environment at the base of three towers designed by TPO Reserve.

The landscape is split into a series of ‘outdoor rooms’, each with a unique character offering spaces for relaxation, social interaction and play. From a central lawn and lushly planted sunken garden for relaxation and contemplation to a children’s play area and sports area, these therapeutic landscapes will help improve residents’ physical and mental health.

The different zones are defined by frames, walls and concrete pylons along with mature trees, dense planting and hedging, helping to generate a sense of human scale and echoes the grid of facades and looks like its logical continuation in space at the base of these towering skyscrapers, as well as providing residents privacy and glimpses of bespoke art and vibrant planting through the buildings.
