Mark Hallett speaks at North West Landscape Institute’s Practice Evening

Principal Landscape Architect Mark Hallett, from Gillespies' Hale office, recently presented at the North West Landscape Institute’s Practice Evening, which was partly organised by Manchester Metropolitan at their Oxford Road campus in Manchester. Alongside three other local landscape architecture practices, Mark was invited to give a presentation on some of Gillespies’ current and recently completed projects, to showcase the diversity of work currently being undertaken within the practice and the landscape industry as a whole.

Mark spoke to the audience, which included both students and landscape practitioners, about Gillespies’ award-winning work at The Piece Hall in Halifax, which was commended at this year’s Landscape Institute Award. He also presented the practice’s work at Google Headquarters, Leicester Waterside, RHS Bridgewater, Dunbeg, The Lowry Watergardens in Salford, the Television Centre in London and The Louvre Park in Abu Dhabi.
