Winner of Gillespies Fraser Teal Award 2012 announced

Edwin Knighton, Head of Landscape Architecture at Leeds Metropolitan, awarded this year's Gillespies Fraser Teal Award to Richard James MacCowan, for outstanding urban design.

Gillespies established this award to celebrate the work and life of Fraser Teal - a former Gillespies' partner and ex-student of Leeds Metropolitan University who sadly passed away in 2004.  

Gillespies make this award annually to a student who has excelled in a particular project on the Leeds Metropolitan Urban Design Masters programme.
