Planning application for an extension to Embsay Village, Yorkshire, gets given go-ahead

On behalf of the Chatsworth Settlement Trustees, Gillespies provided a Landscape and Visual Assessment (LVIA) for a residential planning application for an extension to Embsay Village near the Yorkshire Dales. Following a refusal by the LPA, we subsequently prepared the Written Representation for the Appeal, which we are delighted to announce has just been given the go-ahead, following the inspectors agreement of our assessment regarding the minor landscape effects of this extension to the Village. The Chatsworth Settlement Trustees are delighted with the result.
