An ultra-luxury resort in Limassol, set within richly landscaped gardens

Sky Tower is an ultra-luxury gated community located in the historic city of Limassol on the southern coast of Cyprus. Designed by UHA Architects for Cypriot Developer Prime Property Group, the 23-storey tower is firmly anchored within a richly landscaped resort-like environment that will create a vibrant, healthy, and inclusive community.

At the heart of this unique development, we have curated a landscape that will feature a series of gardens and amenities arranged radially around the slender tower building.

A large landscaped area to the north of the entrance drop-off accommodates both a tennis court and a children’s park and play area, which is embedded into the landscape, shielded by trees and surrounded by open lawns and banks of planting.

To the south, a large timber deck surrounding a central pool provides a generous space for residents to sunbathe and relax on loungers and cabanas. At the southern perimeter of the pool, an inﬁnity edge marks the start of a series of cascading pools reminiscent of a natural forest stream, which ﬂows into planted terraces. Bleacher steps offer further seating opportunities and lead to exclusive, more intimate garden spaces, where residents can gather, host events and relax, away from the pool.

The plot also includes a beautifully landscaped public park, accessible for residents and the public to enjoy, with mature trees and shaded seating areas.
