Eden Roc is an exclusive residential complex in central Limassol for Cypriot developer Prime Property Group. At the heart of this striking development, we have created a formal ‘terraced’ landscaped courtyard that offers residents unforgettable moments of relaxation and tranquillity.
This stunning development features two buildings set on separate plots, seamlessly connected by a generous landscape designed by Gillespies.
Inspired by the elegance of a superyacht, the UHA-designed structure gracefully descends from eight stories at its highest point. Horizontal balconies wrap around each level, offering residents generous terraces and breathtaking views of the central landscaped courtyard.
The courtyard features a series of terraces that rise gently to meet the building, creating a harmonious flow.
