Eden Roc is an exclusive residential complex in central Limassol for Cypriot developer Prime Property Group. At the heart of this striking development, we have created a formal ‘terraced’ landscaped courtyard that will offer residents unforgettable moments of relaxation and tranquillity.

Located immediately adjacent to the Amathos river and approximately half a kilometre from the seafront, Eden Roc is a new luxury address in Limassol. The development comprises two buildings positioned on two separate plots, connected by a generous landscape.

Reminiscent of a luxury superyacht, the development by UHA consists of a large superstructure that gently steps down from eight storeys at its highest point. Horizontal balconies wrap around the building at each level, providing residents with generous terraces and exceptional views onto a central formal landscaped courtyard designed by Gillespies.

The central courtyard is composed of a sequence of terraces that gently step up to meet the building. A gated entrance with a grand stone water feature at ground level welcomes guests and creates a memorable first impression. Radial paths lead residents up to a mid-level terrace, featuring lushly planted garden spaces, seating areas and pockets of lawn, further accentuated by native olive and citrus trees. The range of spaces offers residents plenty of opportunities for entertaining, informal gatherings and quiet reflection.
