Panavto Residential

The competition called for a high quality and distinctive landscape response and the resultant Panavto site proposal presents a prominent elevation set against the tree‑lined street. The new landscape interventions included a high-quality pedestrian and visitor drop‑off, a secure residential garden and play court, below ground parking access across a shared surface and inclusive spaces and a street-side garden including outdoor terraces, planted pergolas and water feature.

The landscape design across the site was structured with geometric lines of trees and hedging to provide a strong green structure during the winter months. Amongst these evergreen bands, colourful and seasonal planting is proposed to announce the seasons and provide a natural appeal throughout the year.
