Allan's bio
Allan joined Gillespies in 2024 as a Graduate Landscape Architect, bringing fresh perspectives and a passion for sustainable design.
He graduated from Kingston University, London, where his master’s thesis on Seething Wells was highly praised for its innovative approach to integrating ecological harmony within urban spaces.
Before moving to the UK, Allan earned a distinction in Architecture in India and gained hands-on experience at a landscape firm. His internship at Andy Sturgeon Design sparked his passion for ecological planting, inspiring him to pursue design techniques that prioritize sustainability and resilience.
At Gillespies, Allan has contributed to high-profile projects like Brent Cross Town, Limmo Peninsula, and Phase 2 of the BBC Television Centre. With a strong focus on biophilic design, Allan is dedicated to shaping landscapes that are not only beautiful but also environmentally sustainable and resilient for the future.
