Progress on site at NEBO, a new residential-led mixed-use tower development in Moscow

The landscapes at the NEBO Residential Complex in Moscow are due for completion in the next few weeks. Located near the State University in south west Moscow, the three-tower residential-led mixed use tower development, designed for leading developer Capital Group, will offer new homes set within a natural landscape.

The landscape design delivers a large podium level ‘contemporary urban park’ environment, containing a combination of hard and soft landscape that will offer residents a sequence of distinct outdoor ‘rooms’ for relaxation, social interaction and play. From a central lawn and lushly planted sunken garden to a vibrant sensory garden and sports area, these landscaped rooms will encourage and facilitate a healthy lifestyle and improve residents’ well-being and quality of life.

The landscapes are defined by frames, walls and structures along with dense planting and hedging, helping to generate a sense of human scale at the base of these three towering skyscrapers, as well as providing residents glimpses of eye-catching art and vibrant planting through the buildings.

Completion is due in November 2020.
