Peel Park Quarter scoops 'Student Accommodation Development of the Year' at the North West Residential Property Awards

Peel Park Quarter, Salford, wins ‘Student Accommodation Development of the Year’ at the Insider's North West Residential Property Awards. Now in its second year, the Insider’s Residential Property awards recognise the very best of the region’s housebuilders and residential property community.

The £81m Peel Park Quarter development includes nine residential blocks as well as state-of-the-art facilities and a significant new public realm by Gillespies. The surrounding landscape has been designed to create a soft “parkland” setting that seamlessly connects the campus to the neighbouring parkland.

The judges said this challenging project has “reinvigorated the Salford campus”.
