Majid Al Futtaim is delivering a flagship new community in Tilal Al Ghaf that will set a benchmark in community living standards within the MENA region. This high-end boutique mixed-use development forms the core of the wider Tilal Al Ghaf masterplan, and its landscapes will deliver an enticing setting that nurtures body and mind.
The masterplan for Hive at Tilal Al Ghaf comprises three walkable precincts offering a vibrant mix of high-quality homes blended with retail, dining, leisure and cultural offerings.
The neighbourhood provides around 400,000 square metres of open space, including parks, purpose-built barbeque areas, tranquil gardens and a signature Crystal Lagoons swimmable waterbody spanning over 70,000 square metres.
The landscaping approach across all three neighbourhoods will deliver a range of large open spaces and high-quality streets rooted in sustainable landscape approaches. A recurring theme throughout the masterplan is the incorporation of the iconic Ghaf tree (after which the wider development is named) which will provide a sense of connection to the natural heritage of the UAE.
