The masterplan for the site comprises two phases which include a large residential component and a significant new retail destination. The groundbreaking scheme will feature of a strong parkland landscape setting for the development, with a clear transition between external terraces for building use, a transitional landscape of blended hard and soft areas and a parkland setting and river corridor blended hard and soft areas and a parkland setting and river corridor beyond. Seasonal factors define a lake which converts to a skating rink. Sculptural elements and coloured lighting within the landscape provide a legible structure during winter months.
