Oliver's bio
Oliver is a fully qualified Architect with eleven years of experience in practice and has been a registered ARB member since 2023. He joined the Leeds studio at Gillespies in 2026, bringing broad experience gained across a range of architectural practices.
His professional experience is primarily focused on residential projects, including masterplanning, house type design and coordination on developments of varying scale. He has also contributed to Development Frameworks and Design Codes, supporting the successful delivery of residential masterplan projects. Oliver has experience across all RIBA work stages, with particular strength in RIBA Stages 1 to 3, taking projects from feasibility through to planning submission
Notable projects include Leeds Train Station Cycle Hub, Kirkleatham residential development in Redcar, Knaresborough Road residential development in Bishop Monkton, North Stainley residential development in North Yorkshire, Gipton Gate residential redevelopment in Leeds.
