Jingya's bio
Jingya is a Landscape Architect with 2 years of professional experience. She contributed towards design development and technical delivery for a variety international masterplan, commercial, park regeneration and residential development projects. Prior to joining Gillespies, Jingya worked as a Junior Landscape Architect at Uncommon Land, where she played a key role in research, site analysis and concept development as well as collaborating with senior members in the team to resolve design challenges. Her work experience at Uncommon Land gave her experience in concept design and she aims to focus towards detailed design in the context of UK-based projects.
Jingya graduated in 2021 with a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Sheffield. She is particularly interested in the landscape socio-spatial discourse, which mainly focuses on the culture and local communities. Her key projects with Gillespies so far include Broadgate Plaza and Pavilion and Brent Cross Town Neighbourhood Square.
