Charlie's bio
Charlie Griffin is a landscape planner with two years of professional experience delivering LVAs, LVIAs, and landscape character assessments across both public and private sectors. He recently joined Gillespies and is currently supporting the North West Leicestershire LVIA and the WYCA Mass Transit project.
Charlie holds a BA in Geography from UCL and a Master’s in Landscape Architecture from the University of Manchester. He previously worked as a landscape architect at a multidisciplinary planning and transport consultancy, gaining valuable experience in landscape planning, GIS, and visual impact reporting.
With strong writing and photography skills, alongside a solid understanding of planting and ecology, Charlie supports the full report production process and contributes to the integration of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) into landscape masterplans. His practical and thoughtful approach ensures high-quality, place-responsive outcomes on every project.
