Unanimous approval for the redevelopment of the ITV studios on London’s South Bank

We're delighted to announce that Lambeth Council unanimously gave their consent for plans to redevelop the existing ITV headquarters and television studios located on London’s South Bank.

The new headquarters, designed by Hopkins Architects with public realm and landscape design by Gillespies, will provide a contemporary new home for ITV incorporating office and studio space, 213 residential dwellings and an enhanced public realm. 

The new public realm creates a simple yet elegant series of high quality spaces that offer increased connectivity, areas for gathering, seating opportunities and garden areas. A new vibrant square along Upper Ground will provide a multi-functional public plaza for a variety of performances and events.

A series of landscaped terraces – situated across three levels of the new HQ - will provide tenants and visitors additional amenity space.
