Stockport Exchange Phase 2 shortlisted for two RICS North West Awards

Stockport Exchange Phase 2 has been nominated at the RICS North West Awards in two categories – commercial and regeneration.

The £145m regeneration project by Muse Developments creates a thriving commercial quarter in the heart of Stockport town centre, providing grade A office accommodation, a 115-bed Holiday Inn Express, and a new pedestrianised public space outside Stockport Railway Station that has created an attractive gateway to the town centre.

Gillespies were the landscape architects on the second phase and are now delivering public realm proposals for the third phase of the overall Stockport Exchange regeneration project.   

The awards recognise the most innovative projects in the region and their impact on local communities. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Friday 27 April at the Principal Hotel in Manchester.
