Pathway to Chartership success

Gillespies is delighted to announce that Alison Baxter, based in our Oxford studio, has successfully completed the Landscape Institute’s Pathway to Chartership (P2C) programme to become a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).

The Pathway to Chartership is a prestigious qualification awarded by the Landscape Institute, the UK's professional body for landscape architects and landscape professionals, as a recognition of quality and excellence for the landscape profession.

Gillespies support their staff through this professional development by covering exam and membership costs, providing mentors within the organisation and offering staff paid leave for studying, as well as undertaking an active schedule of CPD sessions to ensure staff are kept up-to-date with the latest ideas and techniques.

Well done Alison for your dedication, hard work and enthusiasm!
