ISO 9001 QA audit success

We are pleased to report a successful audit of our ISO 9001 processes by the British Assessment Bureau.

The auditor complimented our "well structured" management system, with "clearly identified inputs and outputs throughout". They said that “the organisation’s commitment to continual improvement was demonstrated throughout the audit.”

Another positive comment was that communication with the client is constant throughout a project, to ensure that the client requirements are correctly reflected. We pride ourselves on meeting our clients’ needs and we’re delighted that this is reflected in our quality audit.
