Gillespies down to the final two for Burgess Park

Gillespies has been short-listed down to the final two design practice’s vying for London’s £6m Burgess Park. The redesign of the park is a key regeneration initiative for the London Borough of Southwark.

Gillespies’ lead designer Stephen Richards said: “Burgess Park is a vital space for the community of Southwark and its regeneration will make an enormous difference to the area. We have placed people at the heart of our designs and we are really keen to hear what the public think. This is a very exciting time to be involved in this project and the practice is delighted to be shortlisted.”
