Gillespies' Covid-19 pandemic Business Continuity Plan

Gillespies would like to reassure all our clients and co-consultants that they will continue to receive the same level of care and service with minimal disruption throughout the current pandemic. We are monitoring the situation closely and following government and World Health Organisation advice and will take necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees, clients and collaborators as well business continuity.

Our offices remain open, however we have commenced a general ‘working-from-home’ policy. We have the relevant systems and protocols in place and through thorough testing we are confident that this will not affect the output of project deliverables. It will inevitably mean less face-to-face meetings however we have in place audio and video-conferencing systems – such as Skype for Business – that allows us to attend and host remote meetings with multiple external participants.

For general communication we recommend to use emails. However our phone system remains open to take messages. These will be relayed to the relevant staff.
