Leeds Dock wins the Young People’s Choice award at the 2016 Leeds Architecture Awards.

Leeds Dock picked up the Young People’s Review Award at last night’s ceremony for the Leeds Architecture Awards.

Formerly known as Clarence Dock, the previously grey and uninviting public realm has been redesigned to provide a vibrant and exciting landscape. Located adjacent to Leeds City center, the public realm improvements at Leeds Dock by Gillespies have acted as the catalyst for the transformation of empty retail spaces into a vibrant hub of modern offices, bars and events spaces.

Now in their 27th year, the Leeds Architecture Awards recognise and reward innovation, sustainability and the team work that is at the heart of successful development and regeneration in Leeds.
