The innovative arrangement of the tower has created the potential for a large public realm at ground level. The design of this space reflects the bold geometric forms of the architecture and provides a setting for the main street address. Individual spaces within the plaza encourage informal recreation as well as allowing free pedestrian movement across the site. Tree and landform arrangements mitigate wind exposure.

Within the tower are a series of floors dedicated to recreation for the residents. The layouts reflect the mix of families and single occupancy with one floor designed specifically for children’s play Nature permeates the design with a richly detailed planting philosophy at ground level that is carried throughout the sky gardens.
