Adam is a Senior Landscape Architect passionate about creating resilient urban spaces that enhance the public realm. At Gillespies, he plays a key role in the planting team, using his extensive knowledge of planting design to deliver successful schemes for UK and international projects.
With a BSc (Hons) in Landscape Architecture and experience working at RHS Wisley and The Beth Chatto Gardens, Adam has honed his expertise in planting design, species selection, and successful delivery. His skills in managing planting implementation ensure that planting schemes thrive long after installation.
Adam’s experience spans both large commercial developments and smaller retail projects, where he uses 3D visualisations, CAD modelling, and diagrams to bring ideas to life.
Key projects include the Kensington Building, a retrofit of the former Pontings department store in Kensington into a wellness-focused workplace, and Thames City, a stunning residential-led mixed-use development that revitalises 10 acres of former industrial land, featuring a collection of exceptional landscape spaces, including courtyards, green podium gardens, and an expansive linear park.
Most recently, Adam has been overseeing the delivery of a large public realm plaza at Lambeth Gardens in Hong Kong.
