Two projects shortlisted for 2016 WAF Awards

Two of our projects - The Library at Willesden Green and Crossrail Place Roof Garden - have been shortlisted for WAF Awards in the Civic and Community and Mixed Use categories. More than 25 completed projects in the UK have been shortlisted in this year’s award, celebrating architectural excellence from across the globe. The winners will be announced at the festival which will take place at Arena Berlin in Germany from 16 -18 November.

We have delivered the new roof top garden that sits above Crossrail Place - a mixed-use scheme designed by Foster and Partners that encompasses the over-ground elements of a new station for the Crossrail project at Canary Wharf. The new garden provides a significant public space in the centre of Canary Wharf.

In north-west London, we have created a significant new public realm for The Library at Willesden Green, a new cultural and educational hub designed by AHMM, which opened to the public in September 2015.
