Three projects shortlisted for a Pineapple Award

We are thrilled to announce that three of our projects have been shortlisted for a Golden Pineapple at The Developer and Festival of Place Pineapple Awards.

Our scheme Southwest St Helier Visioning Framework for Jersey Development Company Limited has been shortlisted in the 'Future Place' category, Canary Wharf Greening Phase One for Canary Wharf Group has made the final shortlist in the 'Activation' category and the Park within Elephant Park for client Lendlease has secured its place on the 'Public Space' shortlist.

The Pineapples celebrate making places where people thrive with an emphasis on the social and environmental impact of a project’s design and development.

The shortlisted projects will be presented in front of a live audience at a virtual event running from 23-27 May, with a live Q&A with the judging panel. The winners will be announced at the prize-giving party on the 6th of July at Boxpark Wembley.
