Success at the 2015 Landscape Institute Awards

Our planning team is delighted to have won the 2015 Strategic Landscape Planning Award for their Landscape Sensitivity and Capacity Study for Isle of Anglesey, Gwynedd and Snowdonia National Park.

Gillespies also picked up a further two highly commended awards in the Landscape Policy and Research category for our project, 'Wind Turbines and Pylons: Guidance on the Application of Separation Distances from Residential Properties', and in the Local Landscape Planning category - a category that recognises landscape activities that have influenced planning projects locally - for our Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment of Existing Electricity Infrastructure in Nationally Protected Landscapes in England and Wales'.

The Landscape Institute Awards are presented annually to encourage and recognise outstanding examples of work by the landscape profession.
