Plans unveiled for The Watergardens at the Lowry Outlet in MediaCityUK, Manchester.

Lowry Outlets has revealed its plans for The Watergardens at MediaCityUK, a unique waterside shopping and leisure destination designed by Chapman Taylor.

The Watergardens will contain a variety of new waterside restaurants set within an attractive landscape setting that will transform the southern edge of the Lowry Outlet, offering opportunities for visitors to relax, dine and enjoy some of the finest views over Manchester’s dynamic skyline.

Gillespies is delivering landscape design for the new public realm together with a remodelled elevated walkway and external spaces.

This project is a continuation of Chapman Taylor and Gillespies ongoing work to transform MediaCityUK into a new waterfront community, offering the perfect balance of business, leisure and living.
