Plans submitted for next stage of Stockport Exchange

Gillespies has supported Muse Places and Stockport Council in the submission of a Hybrid planning application for the next four phases of Stockport Exchange. At the heart of this exciting project lies a brand-new central square, set to become the vibrant focal point of the development's upcoming phases. The first phase, featuring predominantly office spaces, is accompanied by an impressive public realm that will establish a dynamic new meeting space right across from the retained leisure centre.

We're building on the success of our past work at Stockport Exchange and are ecstatic to continue shaping the evolution of this vibrant neighbourhood, now named the best place to live in the northwest.

This application will create the final public realm link between the Station and Wellington Road (A6).
