Plans submitted for Leicester Waterside

Gillespies’ Hale office have supported the submission of the Reserved Matters planning application for over 300 homes at Leicester Waterside for Keepmoat Homes, in partnership with landowner Leicester City Council.

The scheme is one of the City Mayor's priorities, sensitively located on the city’s river and canal just 5 minutes’ walk from the city centre. The design includes three parks/green spaces and a high quality shared surface street. Gillespies’ output has included a design code and green infrastructure strategy.

Site clearance is underway and construction is due on site in 2019.
