M7 Offices Stratford scoops Principal Award at this year's National Bali Awards

We are thrilled to announce that M7 offices in Stratford City has been named the Principal winner of the Roof Garden (under £500K) category, at this year’s National Bali Awards. The project, which was awarded a National Bali Award back in September, beat off competition from three other finalists to scoop the top prize.

Designed by architects SimpsonHaugh for leading client Westfield Europe Limited, the M7 offices is a unique commercial development in the heart of Stratford City comprising two office towers, providing premier work space for HMRC. Both buildings are surrounded by an enhanced public realm and crowned with private, communal sheltered roof gardens, designed by Gillespies and constructed by Frosts Landscapes.

The roof gardens have been designed with a focus on wellness and climate resilience and include a robust palette of drought tolerant planting, as well as a series of hard and soft garden ‘rooms’ which provide flexibility for outdoor working, meetings and events, as well as opportunities to enjoy the outstanding views across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and London skyline.

A huge congratulations to Frost Landscapes, client Westfield Europe Limited and all the design team on this prestigious win.
