Gillespies welcomes Jennifer Doyle as their new Head of People and Culture

We are very pleased to welcome Jennifer Doyle to the company as our new Head of People and Culture.

Jen will drive operational and strategic people support across all our studios, focusing on recruiting top talent, engaging our teams and navigating legal and best practice changes that impact our industry.

Jen brings a wealth of experience, having successfully run her own HR consultancy for ten years, advising employers on HR strategy and operations. As a former City employment solicitor, she has also produced award-winning research on employee engagement in professional services.

Jennifer is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
