Gillespies leads creative workshop to redesign Croxteth Estate

Last week, Gillespies led a creative workshop in Liverpool for the transformation of Stonedale Crescent in Croxteth. The practice, who are the appointed masterplanners, were joined by the client Liverpool Housing Association Colbalt Housing and Wayne Hemingway, founder of Hemingway Design.

Gillespies selected Wayne Hemingway as a leading partner for the regeneration of the estate. Wayne is leading the co-design process, consulting with residents and organisations to envision the future look and layout of the estate.

The masterplan for Stonedale Crescent will be developed through extensive consultation with residents, partners and the wider community, and will look at options to both regenerate existing residential streets and develop new, high-quality homes and spaces.
