Gillespies is part of the Homes England framework panel

Gillespies is pleased to be part of the Homes England national Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DARTS) framework for provision of placemaking, masterplanning and design services.

Gillespies is a subconsultant for a number of lead suppliers on the framework.

The four-year framework emphasises outcomes for people, places and nature which deliver social as well as economic benefits. It covers the full range of built environment and technical services, including planning and masterplanning services, landscape design, urban design and architecture, stakeholder and community engagement, professional support, and ecology services.

The framework is divided into two lots:

• The first lot focuses on multidisciplinary technical and professional services including landscape architecture, urban design and masterplanning, and landscape planning.
• The second lot covers place-making, masterplanning and design services.

The full list of framework suppliers is on the Homes England website. The DARTS framework will replace the existing multidisciplinary technical services framework. It will used by Homes England, and will also be made available to other public bodies including the NHS, local authorities, education and police.
