Gillespies hires Ellen Manterfield to lead urban design and masterplanning

Gillespies has appointed Ellen Manterfield to lead its Urban Design and Masterplanning team in the south region.

As Senior Associate and Urban Designer, Ellen will oversee the southern region’s urban design and masterplanning unit, helping develop the firm’s strategic direction and grow its global masterplanning portfolio. She will be based in the firm’s London studio.

Ellen brings more than 10 years of experience and a substantial portfolio of global projects covering masterplanning, urban design, mixed-use, retail, residential and hospitality, spanning the UK, Middle East and Asia.

Prior to joining Gillespies, Ellen was an Associate at WATG for seven years and before that, she worked at leading architecture practice, Farrells. She is a chartered architect and member of the RIBA & ARB.
