Consultation launched for Oxpens Oxford

Public consultation has begun for plans to deliver a mixed-use development in Oxford. The Oxpens masterplan for client OxWED, a joint venture between Nuffield and Oxford City Council, will provide high-quality new public space alongside a diverse mix of homes, workspace, hotels, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Gillespies is delivering a new riverside landscape that will open up access to the river and create a distinctive public space with a stunning amphitheatre for everyone to enjoy. The 15-acre development will create a new quarter for Oxford, supporting the City’s long-term economic growth with new housing and public spaces.
