Award success for The Lexicon Bracknell

Last night, ‘The Lexicon Bracknell’ picked up two prestigious awards at the annual Revo awards dinner, winning Gold in the Re:new category and ‘Best of the Best’ in the Re:turn category.

Designed by Chapman Taylor and BDP for Bracknell Regeneration Partnership, The Lexicon is a contemporary shopping and leisure destination offering a rich mix of high-quality shops, restaurants and green landscapes spaces, set within a pedestrian-friendly environment designed by Gillespies.

The project is part of a £240 million scheme by Bracknell Regeneration Partnership to transform Bracknell town centre. Gillespies was commissioned to design a network of high-quality interconnected open and closed pedestrian-friendly streets and new and improved gateways to the town centre, as well as a series of green landscaped ‘town squares’.

The annual Revo Awards recognises the very best examples of development, investment and asset management, championing the diversity and innovation in the retail property and placemaking sector.

Congratulations to the team!
