An exclusive mixed-use Marina Village precinct offering an ultra-high-end retail and hospitality experience along the Red Sea coast.
The project is principally a hospitality offer comprising a five star branded hotel, a boutique branded resort and branded residences & villas. A high-end retail street connects to the marina itself, with a wide variety of F&B fronting onto a berth, framed by an iconic yacht club. The Marina Village will demonstrate the highest levels of sophistication while retaining an intimate scale akin to Mediterranean Resorts.
