A recreationally focused masterplan destined to become a world-class destination for outdoor adventure and exploration, situated at the foothills of the spectacular Aja Mountains. Our proposals deliver a truly mixed-use development that offers a rich and diverse public realm that encourages physical activity and social interaction while maintaining the site's culture and heritage.
The project aims to set a new benchmark for urban integration with recreational and heritage assets. Hail’s new urban fabric will become a “base-camp” downtown at the foot of the iconic mountain range. The downtown will cater for adventurers and explorers through its mix of cultural, sport, recreation and entertainment facilities aimed at a youthful market. Together with a nationally recognised biosphere reserve, Ha'il will be a model district for active healthy lifestyles and family-orientated recreation.
