Jennifer Doyle

As Head of People and Culture at Gillespies, Jennifer is responsible for delivering operational and strategic people support to all four of the practice’s UK studios. This includes remit for recruiting best-in-class candidates for our roles, engaging our teams to support them to deliver their best work, and addressing legal and best practice changes that impact on our employees.

Prior to joining Gillespies in 2024, Jennifer ran her own HR consultancy for ten years, advising employers on HR strategy and operations. She is a former City employment solicitor and has produced award-winning research on the key drivers of employee engagement for professional services employees.

Jennifer is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
