Helen Johnson joined Gillespies’ Manchester office in 2013, bringing with her an established portfolio of cross-sector experience gained working for major multi-disciplinary engineering design consultancies. Since joining Gillespies, Helen has delivered a range of transport, energy and infrastructure projects for key clients including National Grid, Transport for Greater Manchester and Transport for London.
Recently, Helen has been working with National Grid on the Mid Wales Connection Project, providing landscape and routeing advice on connecting proposed wind farms in Powys to the national electricity network in Shropshire.
Helen is able to work across a variety of different sectors, budgets and scales, and effectively manage the requirements of multiple stakeholders to deliver environmentally responsive designs.
In 2017, Helen was promoted to an associate in recognition of her hard work and commitment.
