Graeme Pert is a chartered architect with experience in urban design, planning and landscape architecture. Graeme joined Gillespies in 1991 and has since worked on a wide range of projects types including public realm design, government guidance, masterplanning, aesthetic design advice and architectural design and implementation.
Graeme has a particular interest in the creative reuse of valued historic buildings as well as public realm works where the relationship and setting of key buildings in the townscape is important. He led Gillespies’ winning completion entry for Buchanan Street and the subsequent implementation of building elements within the street. He was also project architect on two of Gillespies’ projects that received the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland/ Scottish Enterprise Regeneration awards.
Graeme now provides independent consultancy services for the practice.
