Cameron Heeley

Principal

Cameron is a Principal Landscape Architect at Gillespies’ London studio. He has played a vital role in leading and contributing to several pioneering landscape projects in London, spanning residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors. Cameron has been involved at every stage of the design process, including overseeing and mentoring a junior team.

Recently, Cameron has been leading the public realm and landscape design at The Forge, which is the UK's first Net-Zero carbon commercial development situated in the heart of London's Bankside. Additionally, he is overseeing the delivery of landscaped terraces at 11 Belgrave Road, a modern and highly sustainable workplace in Pimlico that will maximise wellbeing and deliver a better quality of work-life for occupants.

Cameron has also been involved in the design and implementation of an extraordinary contemporary waterfront park for the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi, which will become a new cultural quarter in the Emirates.

He joined the practice as a Graduate Landscape Architect in 2016 and was later promoted to Principal Landscape Architect in 2022.
