Varshavskoe Shosse is a new residential development in the southern part of Moscow. The scheme will create a landmark mixed- use development, providing 2,476 new homes with ground floor retail and a shopping complex. The residential buildings will be centred around a new landscaped courtyard offering a series of public, private and semi‑private green spaces.
