ATRIO is a signature two-tower mixed-use commercial development in central Bogotá, animated at street-level by a significant urban plaza that provides a canvas for public life.
Located next to the junction of Avenida el Dorado and Avenida Caracas in the Colombian capital, ATRIO’s two towers – designed by RSHP - provide more than 250,000 square metres of office, public services and retail space, alongside 10,000 square metres of open public space at the street level.
The public realm at ATRIO reinterprets the classic South American landscape architecture, developing a contemporary design approach that merges natural and cultural landscapes. Art and culture plays an integral part in the design, informing the shape and diversifying the use of public spaces.
