Kent Thameside, Ebbsfleet Valley

Kent Thameside comprises one of the largest and most challenging sub-regional development initiatives in Europe.

Land Securities is a major stakeholder and landowner in Kent Thameside, an area covering more than 
fifty seven square kilometres to the south-east of London. Through the regeneration of this area new communities will be created in the Ebbsfleet Valley and Swanscombe Peninsula. Over a twenty year development programme thirty thousand homes, a million square metres of commercial buildings and supporting community facilities will be created.

Gillespies' services are retained by Land Securities in connection with the development of all its land holdings in Kent Thameside. The appointment covers the preparation of a public realm strategy, strategic landscape planning advice, landscape and urban design.
