Danfoss Universe, Denmark

An exciting new visitor destination has been created in Southern Denmark close to the German border.

As one of Denmark‘s biggest industrial companies, Danfoss has devised a theme park on a grand scale which takes its cues from the forces of nature. It is both educational and fun and possesses a strong parkland context.

As landscape architect, Gillespies worked extensively on the park – a number of features in particular are unique, such as the largest pine-covered walkway in Denmark.
