Oudenarde Development, Perthshire

A feasibility exhibition was required for a business, residential and recreational development on a disused hospital site at Bridge of Earn, five miles south of Perth. 

Gillespies' masterplan was produced to carefully consider the needs of the community and the environmental balance. As a new village concept Oudenarde will complement the existing settlement at Bridge of Earn and will bring employment to local people and the wider Perth area.
