Twickenham Stadium, London
As a rugby venue, Twickenham is known across the world as a great stadium.
To further enhance its reputation and improve existing facilities, the Rugby Football Union is currently developing the South Stand. Corporate hospitality, a shop, hotel, fitness suite, rugby museum and the headquarters of the RFU will be based here under the new proposals.
The new developments are intended to become the public face of the venue and Gillespies is supporting this by providing both an exciting new public realm for the south stand and, more broadly, a strategic masterplan for an ambitious programme of improvements to the facilities over the coming years including lighting, landscape and public art.
