On the derelict site of the former Kilmarnock Royal Infirmary, Gillespies is designing ninety one high quality flats.

Seen as key to regeneration in the area, Kilmarnock Central will bring many construction jobs to the area as well as attract more people into the town to live. The phased project comprises one, two and three bedroomed homes and is scheduled for completion in 2007.
